Privacy Policy

When you fill out our Start Here survey or contact us, we collect the information you provide — things like your name, email, phone number, business name, and project details. We use this only to follow up about your project and to work with you if you become a client. We don't sell your information.

We only share it with the services we use to run the business, such as:

• Formspree, which delivers Start Here survey answers to our inbox
• Our email provider, for messages you send us
• Our web host, which keeps standard server logs (like IP addresses) for security
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing andrew@simplywebco.com.

Payment Terms

Projects are billed in two parts:

• 50% deposit to begin work and reserve your project slot
• 50% balance due at launch, before the site goes live

Your quote is a fixed price for the scope we agree on up front. If you ask for work outside that scope, we'll quote it and get your OK before doing it — no surprise charges.

The $50/month hosting fee begins once your site is live and is billed monthly. It covers hosting, uptime monitoring, and basic security updates.

Revisions & Refunds

Every plan includes two rounds of revisions during the build. Additional revision rounds or scope added after the project starts are billed separately and agreed to before we begin the extra work.

Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started, since that time is reserved specifically for your project. If we haven't started work yet, deposits are fully refundable. If you're unhappy with the finished site for reasons within our control, tell us — we'll make it right before treating the project as final.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the website and its content are yours. You're free to move it to another host at any time. Logos, photos, and text you provide remain yours throughout. We may show your finished site in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to.

Hosting & Care Plan

You can cancel the $50/month hosting plan at any time. Your site files remain yours; if you cancel, we'll help you move the site to hosting of your choice.

The optional Care Plan ($39/month) covers ongoing content edits, new photos or pages, priority support, and a monthly performance report. It's billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime — cancelling takes effect at the end of the current month.

Add-ons

• Priority Turnaround (+$150): moves your project to the front of the queue. It's billed with your deposit.
• Copywriting (+$150): we write your page content for you. Included at no extra cost with the Growth plan.

Referral Reward

If you refer a business that becomes a paying client, you'll receive $75 cash once their project is paid in full and live. There's no limit on how many businesses you can refer. To make sure you get credit, email us the business name before they sign on.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this page as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Changes don't affect projects already under contract.
