Privacy Policy
When you fill out our Start Here survey or contact form, we collect the information you provide — things like your name, email, phone number, business name, and project details. We use this only to follow up about your project. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the tools we use to run our business (like our form and email providers).
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing andrew@simplywebco.com.
Payment Terms
Projects are billed in two parts:
- 50% deposit to begin work and reserve your project slot
- 50% balance due at launch, before the site goes live
The $50/month hosting fee begins once your site is live and is billed monthly. It covers hosting, uptime monitoring, and basic security updates.
Revisions & Refunds
Every plan includes two rounds of revisions during the build. Additional revision rounds or scope added after the project starts are billed separately and agreed to before we begin the extra work.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started, since that time is reserved specifically for your project. If we haven't started work yet, deposits are fully refundable. If you're unhappy with the finished site for reasons within our control, tell us — we'll make it right before treating the project as final.
Cancelling Hosting
You can cancel the $50/month hosting plan at any time. Your site files remain yours; if you cancel, we'll help you move the site to hosting of your choice.
