How long does a project take?
Most Starter sites launch in about 1 week; Growth sites typically take 2–3 weeks depending on scope. Custom projects are scoped individually.
Do you write the content for my site?
We can write it with you, or work from content you provide. Copywriting support is included on Growth plans and available as an add-on for Starter.
Why is there a monthly hosting fee?
Hosting, security updates, and uptime monitoring are ongoing costs behind every site. Rather than bury that in a bigger upfront price, we charge one flat $50/month for it, on every plan, with no markups.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once your project is paid in full, the site and its content are yours. The $50/month hosting fee keeps it live and maintained — you're free to move it elsewhere anytime.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. A lot of clients start with a Starter site and add booking or e-commerce down the road.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit reserves your project and gets work started; the remaining 50% is due at launch. See our full payment & refund policy for details.
How does the referral reward work?
Email us the business you're referring. If they sign on and complete a project with us, you get $75 cash once their site is paid in full and live. No limit on how many people you can refer.
